'The Great Tuna Caper Cakes' 1 can of Capers & Onions 1 cup of bread crumbs Chill and form into patties, then fry in a light vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes. Serve with Tartar, Lemon, or Marinara sauce. Makes 4-6 patties. For Spicy Cakes try using our Medium Spicy flavor. 'Stuffed Tomatoes' 1 can of Celery & Relish 2 large tomatoes Lettuce Croutons After coring tomatoes, fill with Celery & Relish and add lettuce or croutons to taste. 'Lettuce Cups' 1 can of Capers & Onions or Sun Dried Tomato & Rosemary 2 cups of chopped lettuce 'Sun-Dried Tomato & Rosemary Tuna Salad' 1 can Sun-Dried Tomato & Rosemary to chopped romaine lettuce cup Balsamic Vinegar 2 or 3 quartered Roma tomatoes Drizzle cup Balsamic Vinegar and toss. 'Tuna Pita Pockets' Add 1 cup lettuce or go healthy and add sprouts. Add cucumber, tomato, onion. 'Spicy Tuna Casserole' 1 can of Medium Spicy Tuna Spread and see how that spices up an old standard. 'Spreads' Our western varieties are great as sandwich fillers on your choice of spreads over baguette, bread or table crackers. Each products holds enough ready-to-eat spread for 2 full deli-size sandwiches or a whole lot of crackers. 'Hors d' oeuvres' Any of the four western-style products served on cucumbers, radishes, potato skins, green onion, bell pepper, or celery makes enough servings for up to 4 persons per can or 18/10gm or 30/6 gram servings. 'Ginger Tuna Oriental Style Salad' Empty 1 can of Ginger into bowl and use fork to flake tuna add Romaine Lettuce and chop.
